Thank you very much for your support of our first CD
The Echo's V "LIVE". This was a long
time coming and we are pleased with the project. There are 13 tracks re-mastered from various live recordings we've made over
the years (including the on-stage 'glitches') plus two bonus tracks that are our cuts from the Iowa Rock 'n Roll Music Association's
"Rock Roots from the Heartland" CD. We'll have copies with us at all of our gigs or you can contact us to purchase a copy by mail. Sorry,
our PayPal connection isn't ready yet. Cost at any performance - $10. Or via mail - $13 (includes S&H). For those of you that pre-purchased the
CD without the 8 page color insert, please let Rick know if you still need it and he'll mail it out to you: rbreuss@mchsi.com
We are already working on a studio-recorded CD to be released in late 2008 and will keep you posted on our progress. We also have tracks
on the three Iowa Rock 'n Roll Music Association's CDs. Go to their website www.iowarocknroll.com for details on each.
Throughout 2008, we'll be making some changes to our website. We will refresh the overall look, add more pictures, some sound bytes, possibly
some video clips and PayPal. It'll be a work-in-progress....

How many
of you remember the "Good Guys" at KIOA? To give
you a glimpse into our "gig" history, we're very proud that The
Echo's V have worked with them many times in the past and our relationship
with KIOA continues today. When they used
to have "Good Guy Reunions", we played for many of them and
other rock 'n roll functions, including a Richie Valens tribute in
January, 1994. We
have been an "opening act" or back-up for such stars as Johnny
Rivers, Freddy Cannon, The Buckinghams, Crystal Gayle, Mickey Dolenz (The
Monkees), Johnny Tillottson, Gary Lewis and the Playboys, Pat Upton
(Spiral Staircase), The Lovin' Spoonful, and Paul Revere and the Raiders. Plus, we've
also backed up regional recording acts like DJ & the Runaways and Pete
Klint (Pete Klint Quintet - Mason City). Since June
2004, we have been a staple band at Prairie Meadows Race Track and Casino
-- we've performed there more than two dozen times!
